ABOUT US

Furlong Group is a family-owned business set up by two brothers - Max & Tom Furlong. 

The Furlong family name goes back to the 70s when Max & Tom's grandfather and great uncles owned one of the largest roofing companies in London - Furlong Bros.

Tom Furlong (Manager of the roofing division) has more than 15 years of experience in the roofing trade and has extensive knowledge of commercial and domestic roofing. Tom has mastered a variety of different roofing techniques and skills. He prides himself on delivering high quality results and great customer service.

Max Furlong (Manager of the plumbing & heating division) started off his career in the building trade and followed in his family's footsteps by training to be a roofer. He later decided that plumbing & heating was the trade for him and went on to work on-site for almost 5 years whilst earning his NVQ 2 & 3 and becoming Gas Safe registered. After becoming Gas Safe registered, Max decided to take on a new challenge and began working for an independent family-run business in the West End of London. He worked in high-end properties in areas such as Chelsea and Kensington and it was here that he learned and mastered a completely different side to the trade.
